Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehab RN to deliver inpatient rehabilitation care to adults recovering from stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, and complex medical conditions. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
