Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform complex imaging exams, ensure optimal image quality and patient safety, and coordinate daily workflow for the sonography team. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers to support accurate, timely diagnoses while modeling compassionate, patient-centered care. The Lead Sonographer also mentors staff and students, supports quality and accreditation standards, and participates in ongoing education within our collaborative, learning-focused culture.
