Full job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on rehab care in our inpatient hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL retraining, and document progress in our EMR. You will educate patients and families, support safe mobility and use of adaptive equipment, and collaborate closely with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality, patient-centered recovery in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
