Nurse Supervisor

Sevita is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for our Adult Day Center, providing person-centered care to adults with diverse medical and behavioral needs. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, coordinate care plans, supervise nursing and direct care staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. You will conduct assessments, monitor health status, administer medications, and collaborate with families, physicians, and community partners.
