Physical Therapist Assistant

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Encompass Health, you’ll provide direct, hands-on rehabilitation care that helps patients recover from major illnesses and injuries. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary inpatient setting, you will carry out treatment plans under the supervision of physical therapists, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility and balance training, and functional activities. You’ll document progress, support patient and family education, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous professional growth.
