Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* PT License (PA or COMPACT)
* EPIC experience required
Assignment Details
* Monday - Friday schedule
* Shift hours: 08:00 - 16:30
* No weekends
* Holiday requirement: may be expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
* Floating: could cross county lines if patient care is deemed necessary
* May care for COVID patients
