Shift Details:

  • Estimated Start Date: October
  • Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 7A - 3:30P with 30 min unpaid lunch
  • Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time (5 x 8)
  • Cases: Ortho (lots of ortho), Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, and General
  • Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, PALs
  • Model: Medical Direction 1:3
  • Patient Population/Case Load: Peds & Adults / PPD: 6-15 depending on room assignment
  • EMR: Epic

Licensing & Privileging:

  • License: IMLC Accepted, PA License strongly preferred
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: normally 90 days but will look to expedite
