Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapeutic treatments, guide patients through ADL and functional mobility training, and support the use of adaptive equipment to maximize independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and uphold our nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
