Position & Practice Highlights
* General GI - ERCP a plus, not required
* Flexible schedule: full-time or part-time
* Split between procedures and clinic, with heavier procedure focus
* Call: 1:4 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center (282 beds), hospital-paid, non-burdensome
* Typical volume: ~15 procedures on full days; ~8 procedures + 12-14 clinic visits on split days
* Compensation: competitive base plus production bonuses
* Additional benefits: sign-on, relocation, CME allowance
* Partnership available after 1 year with strong long-term stability
* EMR: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Gmed (endoscopy)
* Equipment: Olympus, FibroScan, CRH O'Regan rubber band ligation
* Sedation: conscious sedation for most cases; MAC with CRNA for select patients
