- 8+ years of extensive experience successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
- Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent, with the ability to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
- Experience in technology-enabled business transformation, driving organizational change, and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
