The Digital Enterprise group is looking for a new team member to improve our software and process testing quality for Digital Enterprise functionality, including new functionality testing and improvement of our regression test suite. This position is expected to primarily review tests, document improvements needed and convey those improvements to the test authors.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to comprehend software test strategies, view tests relative to the related procedures, and understand of how tests fit in context to the end-to-end processes at Electric Boat.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in software testing/QA or use of PLM/CAD systems
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tool Suite
  • Prior experience with CAD/PLM tools such as Teamcenter or NX is preferred


Skills

  • Ability to learn Zephyr and Jira for documentation and execution of tests, as well as defect tracking
