Join a high-performing outpatient physical therapy team where your growth is supported - earn $85K–$112K, a sign-on bonus, and up to $25K in student loan repayment!

Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday; 40 hours per week). Flexible scheduling may be considered based on candidate needs; however, the standard expectation is eight-hour shifts, five days per week.

As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates.
Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
