• Seven 24-hour shifts per month
• Average daily census of 23 - 25 patients
• Level III NICU facility
• Pediatric hospitalist covers newborns -- peds subspecialties in-house
• Procedures: intubation, UVC, UAC, and PICC line insertion
• NNP may attend high-risk deliveries as assigned
• 3+ years of NICU experience required
• NRP certification required
