Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree). Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada required prior to start of assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start. Demonstrated clinical competency in evaluation, plan-of-care development, and implementation for adults and older adults in an acute hospital environment. Ability to perform and document comprehensive evaluations and skilled interventions per regulatory and departmental timeframes. Experience supervising and delegating to PTA, therapy technicians, and students preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records and common clinical documentation systems preferred. Ability to safely assist patients with transfers and mobility; capable of occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Willingness to work varied caseloads and adapt to departmental staffing and scheduling needs. Vendor candidates must be aware of additional facility-specific requirements and varied work schedule details prior to applying.

Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift hours: 07:30–05:45. Duration: 13 Week travel assignment. Start window: May through August (exact start coordinated with recruiter). Floating: May be required to float within the facility or to other units as needed.
