Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois State PT license is required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
