Long-term, part-time Nanny needed for two boys (3.5 & 1.5)

Looking for a long-term, part-time nanny for our two boys (3.5 and 1.5) in New Brighton, MN. We are looking for care 3 days per week (T/W/Th) from 8:15am-4:45pm starting on or after August 11, 2026 (could be flexible for the right fit). We are a Christian family and our faith is a huge aspect of our life and parenting so would love to find a nanny who shares the same values. We love to spend time outdoors as a family. We are looking for someone who is very engaging and will invent in their development - emotionally, mentally, and physically. We'll be offering guaranteed hours, PTO, sick time, and paid holidays.
