Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Experience with post-acute care patient populations, including fall risk management, transfers, and mobility training preferred. Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.

The Mount Hood area is about a 1.5 hour drive for skiing and alpine hiking.
