REGISTERED NURSE

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Psych Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home psychiatric nursing care. In this role, you will assess mental health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, provide education, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient autonomy and safety. You’ll visit patients in their homes, monitor progress, document clinical findings, and advocate for quality outcomes.
