Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leader in dairy manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $32hr

Shift: 2nd shift Tuesday thru Saturday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection, and testing of equipment
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in the facility
• Troubleshoot issues and repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency
• Complete work orders and emergency tasks promptly and accurately
• Support plant initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of maintenance mechanic technician experience or relevant technical training/certification
• Proficient mechanical knowledge in electrical, welding, fabrication, utilities, or basic PLCs
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and precision
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities
