Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

What You’ll Do

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Monitor and document resident conditions and vital signs

  • Support clinical care plans and provide direct resident care

  • Perform wound care, catheter care, and assist with ADLs

  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the full care team

  • Provide education to residents and families

  • Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards

  • Respond to emergencies and provide timely, skilled care

  • Assist with training and mentoring CNAs
