Full job description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
- Prior experience providing skilled OT services to geriatric or post-acute populations preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and care planning preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
