IT Help Desk Specialist Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support or similar technical support role.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
