Home Health Nurse Educator

Lee Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator for our Home Health team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for home health nurses and interdisciplinary staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in the community. Responsibilities include onboarding, competency assessments, skills labs, and coaching in the field. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to address learning needs, support quality and safety initiatives, and promote best practices.
