Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter to join their team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality finishes and ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully with the organization’s standards and values.

Job Title: Industrial Painter

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Pay Range: $20 to $23

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • Apply paint, coatings, or finishes to industrial equipment and structures using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making necessary touch-ups or corrections.

  • Basic knowledge of painting techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to industrial painting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and standards.
