Your New Role

• Serve residential customers throughout Anthem, Phoenix, Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, and surrounding Arizona communities.

• Inspect, diagnose, and present repair and replacement options for residential HVAC systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete thorough system evaluations.

• Perform the HVAC repairs you sell using your own trade-specific tools.

• Hand off new system replacement sales to the in-house installation team for completion.

• Build trust with homeowners through professional, consultative communication.

• Present repair and replacement options without pressure tactics.

• Track personal KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and calls per day.

• Document service calls accurately using ServiceTitan or comparable field service software.

• Collect customer payments and maintain accurate job documentation.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize callbacks through accurate diagnostics and customer care.

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling HVAC equipment and repairs

• EPA Certification required

• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure

• Experience using ServiceTitan or a comparable dispatch CRM

• Ability to track personal KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and daily performance

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must provide your own HVAC tools

• Available to participate in the on-call rotation

• Available for mandatory technician training every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 AM

• Available for weekend service calls from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM as scheduled

• Must live within approximately 30 miles of Anthem, AZ
