Full job description
Primary Responsibilities
- Scan paper copies of past Surgical Technology and Central Service Technician student records for electronic storage.
- Accurately label and organize electronic files using the established filing system.
- Review scanned documents to ensure they are complete, legible, and saved in the appropriate location.
- Organize existing paper files as they are processed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student records and information in accordance with FERPA and College policies.
- Assist with identifying missing, duplicate, or incorrectly filed documents and report concerns to the appropriate program faculty or staff.
- Follow established record-retention procedures and accreditation requirements for maintaining student documentation.
- Perform other related organizational and clerical duties as assigned
Pay Rate $15.00/hour

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established filing and document-management procedures.
- Basic computer and scanning skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student information.
