District Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary of $110,000 to $115,000

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Multi-unit retail management experience, overseeing 7 or more stores (apparel, accessories, or footwear preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant retail leadership
• Demonstrated passion for fashion, trend, and styling in a customer-facing environment
• Exceptional talent management, team development, and leadership skills

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Background with fast-paced, high-volume apparel retail environments
• Experience managing top-performing mall locations
• Ability to credibly discuss styling and trends with both teams and customers

District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a store district
• Develop, coach, and motivate store leadership teams to achieve business results and growth
• Foster an exciting and engaging customer environment aligned with the company’s vision
• Innovate to continually improve the in-store experience and drive sales
• Partner with visual teams to uphold brand standards and execute floor sets
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, leading annual reviews and performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve operational, staffing, and customer issues
