Supervisor-Nurse RN

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead clinical care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate nursing care, oversee bedside RNs and LPNs, and ensure safe, high-quality rehab for patients recovering from serious illness and injury. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, staffing and assignments, coaching team members, and supporting quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians and therapists while mentoring staff and supporting a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
