WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Product Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all parts and service processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. Every day you will monitor the departments’ freight expenses, inventory levels, file claims, and most importantly, ensure that our customers have an excellent experience and get what they need for their equipment. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader and have the ability to foster good relationships with both customers and other team members.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience.
- 3 or more years of inventory management experience.
- Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment parts and services.
- Prior experience as a mechanic with knowledge of heavy construction equipment, preferably John Deere.
- Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership skills and mindset.
- Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
Compensation: $90,715-136,073/yr (Depending on Experience)
