Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care in our inpatient hospital. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic activities, assist with evaluations, advance individualized treatment plans, and promote functional independence in daily living tasks. You will document progress, educate patients and families, maintain a safe treatment environment, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding workplace.
