Dallas Tire Automotive Service Center
Location: Waterloo, ON, Canada
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–3 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$26 CAD per hour
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Typical Flagged Hours: 35–40 hours per week

About Dallas Tire Automotive Service Center
Dallas Tire Automotive Service Center is seeking Tire Technicians in Waterloo, Ontario, to support its maintenance, tire service, and vehicle inspection workload. This hourly position pays $22–$26 CAD per hour with weekly pay. The shop is family-owned and operated, has been in business for more than 20 years, and offers paid time off, paid holidays, and provided uniforms. The team services Domestic, Asian, European, and Tesla vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount, remove, replace, rotate, and balance tires, including low-profile tires.
- Inspect tires for condition, wear, and service needs.
- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and filter replacements.
- Complete routine maintenance and general automotive repair within the scope of the role.
- Perform vehicle inspections and document findings through digital vehicle inspections (DVI).
- Use basic diagnostic and scan-tool capabilities as needed for assigned work.
- Support a workload focused approximately 80% on maintenance and 20% on inspections.
- Work as part of an hourly technician team to maintain an efficient shop workflow.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant automotive service, tire, or maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with tire mounting, tire balancing, tire rotations, and tire inspections.
- Experience performing oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, and basic maintenance.
- Basic automotive diagnostic ability.
- Digital vehicle inspection (DVI) experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to service a mix of Domestic, Asian, European, and Tesla vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26 CAD per hour.
- Hourly pay structure; this is not a flat-rate position.
