Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate, high-quality images that support timely clinical decisions. You’ll mentor technologists, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses in our patient-focused, multidisciplinary environment. The Lead Sonographer also supports equipment quality control, regulatory compliance, staff education, and continuous improvement initiatives across Wellstar’s advanced care settings.
