Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse

Community Care Physicians, a physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform clinical procedures, obtain vital signs, support providers during exams, and coordinate patient education and follow-up.
