Full job description

BJC HealthCare seeks a Neuro Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, evidence-based care to neurologically complex patients in a fast-paced setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage continuous monitoring, titrate IV medications, and respond to changes in neurologic status. Responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary care, educating patients and families, and upholding BJC’s standards of safety, compassion, and quality. The nurse will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, mentor peers, document accurately in the EMR, and support best practices in stroke and neuro care.
