  • Average 23 scheduled patients per physician per day
  • Outpatient clinic only -- no hospital or inpatient coverage
  • General neurology and headache patients -- 100% adult population
  • Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
  • Coverage across two clinic locations -- split schedule available
  • Board certification required
