As a Project Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing service projects from planning to completion while ensuring safety remains the top priority in everything we doYou will ensure that project scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are consistently met while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement across processes and deliverables. 

 

As a Project Site Lead, you will be responsible for: 

Project Execution & Delivery 

  • Leading all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of service projects while maintaining safety as top priority.   

  • Managing project scope, timelines, cost, contract compliance, and quality to meet customer and commercial expectations. 

  • Implementing project methodologies, standards, scheduling practices, and costcontrol measures. 

  • Tracking projectspecific activities, accurately managing milestones with corresponding forecast ownership, and schedules to ensure ontime delivery. 

Customer & Stakeholder Management 

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to define project needs and communicate progress. 

  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Presenting project outcomes, technical insights, and improvement recommendations both externally to customers and internally to leadership teams. 

Technical & Resource Coordination 

  • Developing installation design packages including wiring diagrams and mechanical modification documentation. 

  • Reviewing, redlining, and validating electrical and mechanical design packages. 

  • Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and timelines. 

  • Supervising electrical and mechanical subcontractors at project sites. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to processes and safety standards. 

  • Implementing updated procedures and guidelines within the department. 

  • Identifying opportunities for process, product, and service improvements. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will: 

Required Qualifications 

  • Have bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (OR an associate degree in electronics/technology or similar with 5+ years of relevant service experience) 

  • Have an ability to travel up to 70% as well as work weekends and holidays when required

  • Have ability to influence stakeholders and lead crossfunctional teams 

  • Have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Have strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities 

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in Services Project Management (preferred) 

  • Have familiarity with AutoCAD and drafting practices 

  • Have ability to review, redline, or create electrical and mechanical design packages

The annual pay scale for this position is between $79,490.00 - $178,640.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
