  • J.D. from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • 5 to 10+ years of commercial real estate law experience at a large or reputable law firm.
  • Extensive background in purchase and sale, finance, and joint venture transactions.
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex real estate documents.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing multiple real estate transactions independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience with real estate, landlord, and tenant matters; unlawful detainer expertise is required.
