Location/Region: This role is located in our facility in Maple Grove, MN. It is fully onsite, 5 days a week.
What’s the role?
This position plays a key role in coordinating the calibration, maintenance, inventory control, and record management of Measurement and Test Equipment used throughout the ZEISS organization. The role works directly with internal customers, calibration providers, and equipment suppliers to support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 management systems.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Perform standard work activities that support calibration recall events.
- Maintain the gage calibration system and ensure all Measurement and Test Equipment information is entered accurately and on time.
- Support inventory control activities for Measurement and Test Equipment and related accessories.
- Support the design and implementation of equipment protection measures.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities within assigned work areas.
- Provide data and support to internal customers for retrieving equipment records.
- Ensure Measurement and Test Equipment and related accessories are properly identified, complete, and ready for use.
Do you qualify?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and experience supporting inventory management activities. The role also requires working knowledge of database maintenance requirements and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, equipment, or hands-on assembly tasks
The annual pay range for this position is $41,000 – $51,000 ($20.00 - $25.00 per hour) and eligible for a performance bonus.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
