- Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
- Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone

Mentorship & Professional Development:
- 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
- Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
- Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
- Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
- In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
- Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

What You'll Need:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
