Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an LPN/RN to provide compassionate primary care within our faith-based, community-focused clinic. The nurse will deliver patient-centered assessments, triage, medication administration, care coordination, and health education for underserved individuals and families. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, the LPN/RN supports chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness initiatives, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and culturally responsive services that promote whole-person wellbeing and health equity in a mission-driven environment.
