Full job description
We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with pediatric and early-adult patients to improve communication and related skills, making a real difference in their daily lives. Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in KY required to start the position.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and adolescents preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including ABA and mental health clinicians.

- Facility type: Outpatient pediatric-focused clinic serving children through early adults.
- Caseload model: Primarily 1:1 therapy. Some group therapy present in clinic.
- Patient payer mix includes a high percentage of Medicaid (approximately 50%).
- Work culture: Team-oriented. Expect collaboration across ABA, OT, and mental health providers. Candidates should be child-friendly, comfortable with varied behaviors, extroverted, and ethical in practice.
