❤️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage nursing services
* Oversee quality nursing care and services for our residents
* Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers
* Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of higher management
* Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
⚕️ WHAT YOU BRING
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Current Michigan RN or LPN license
* Current BLS certification
* Assisted Living experience required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
