WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership within our integrated, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of complex exams, ensure image quality, and support compassionate, patient-centered care. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers and students, collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement, protocol development, and staff education across WellStar’s advanced clinical settings.
