Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in an inpatient hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with common rehab equipment and modalities used in hospital-based physical therapy, such as therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and assistive device training. Minimum clinical experience preferred: 1+ year in acute care or inpatient rehab (preferred).

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation focus). Shift Name: Days. Shift Hours: AM 8 (days, 5x8 schedule). Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other units within the facility as needed.
