Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing daily academic, social-emotional, and attendance support to students. You will tutor in core subjects, lead small groups, and build trusting relationships that foster student confidence and engagement. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, use data to inform interventions, and help coordinate school-wide activities.
