Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2+ years current PT experience
• Outpatient Ortho experience
• EPIC experience
• Expro experience
• Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License
• Active American Heart Association BLS

Assignment Details

• Weekend and holidays required if needed.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
• Facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after time of offer.
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
• Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two holiday blocks if scheduled or needed.
