Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedic Injury Rehab

Location: Thornton and Fort Collins, CO (split between both clinics)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000 to $150,000 per year, flexible for the right candidate

Practice physical therapy the way it should be done, with 1:1 patients, real clinical autonomy and top-tier pay, in a concierge-style orthopedic rehab clinic.

Must-Haves

• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy
• Colorado PT license, or eligible for one
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Able to split time between Thornton and Fort Collins

What You’ll Do

• Treat patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and orthopedic injuries
• Rehab spine, neck, shoulder, joint and soft-tissue injuries
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening and mobility work
• Apply advanced techniques, including dry needling, shockwave and blood flow restriction (BFR)
• Run 60 minute evaluations and 30 to 40 minute 1:1 follow-ups
• Build lasting relationships with patients through personalized care

Nice-to-Haves

• Orthopedic, sports medicine or injury rehab experience
• Dry needling certification
• Shockwave or BFR experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $130,000 to $150,000 base salary
• $2,500 per year for continuing education
