Speech Language Pathologist

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In this on-site role, you will assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, creating evidence-based treatment plans that promote safety, function, and dignity. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical teams, educate families and staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
