2 weeks per month ‐‐ 8 hrs of patient care daily with overnight call
Call ratio: 50% ‐‐ 2nd call/backup coverage
12 ‐ 16 patient encounters expected per shift
0 ‐ 2 admissions per shift; 0 ‐ 3 average patients on call
Inpatient rehabilitation facility
Post‐acute care ‐‐ strokes, cardiac events, trauma recovery
30‐minute call response time required
Hospital privileges required
