Full job description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Longview, TX.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) settings preferred.
  • Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, neurological conditions, trauma, or complex orthopedic injury preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital preferred.
  • Experience with intensive, individualized treatment plans and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
